demographic

Demographics or demographic data refers to selected population characteristics as used in government, marketing or opinion research, or the demographic profiles used in such research. Demographics include race, age, income, disabilities, mobility, educational attainment, home ownership, employment status, and even location.Demographics are always used in economic and marketing research.
Demographic trends describes the changes in demographics in a population over time. For example, the lifespan of Malaysian according to their age. This entry provides the distribution of the population according to age. Information is included by age group (from age 7 until 80).

The age structure of a population affects a nation's key socioeconomic issues. Countries with young populations (high percentage under age 15) need to attend more in schools, while countries with older populations (high percentage ages 65 and over) need to attend more in the health sector. The age structure can also be used to help predict potential political issues. For example, the rapid growth of a young adult population unable to find employment can lead to unrest.
Other than that, people with older age lead the country while the younger will replace them soon.
The younger have to attend to universities so that they can lead the country soon.
In conclusion, all age rate have their own responsibilities to the country.
